Okay, so firmware upgrades aren’t the most exciting thing in the world to report, there’s not a whole lot that you can say about them. But, they are fairly important if you want to get the best out of your camera. There was a little flurry of upgrades announced yesterday, from Fuji, Nikon, and Pentax. If you own a Fujifilm X10, a Nikon S1100pj, or a Pentax Q, you might want to follow the links and make sure that your cameras are focusing properly, playing back audio when they should, and are as stable as they should be. These are all cameras that haven’t been around long; clearly there were some bugs that needed to be ironed out.
