I have been playing with the beta version and am totally blown away by how amazing it is! The watercolors are amazing. Alienskin Snapart has always produced wonderful watercolor effects, but now it's better than ever with so much more control.

There are so many new features in it that I will need to do an in depth review on it but wanted to share a few highlights with you all now.

First it's FAST! I mean it's blazing fast compared to previous versions. I love that it processed a 250dpi file 9x12 in moments!

When it processes the image it changes the name which makes it easier than ever to see what settings were used.

It processes the image onto it's own layer much like other software does and this makes it easier than ever before to bring back some details and add more layers of effects on top and change the blend modes to your own settings.

The interface is as always with Alienskin easy to navigate and very intuitive. It was simple to find the controls and to test changes in each setting. 

Using the setting for Oil Painting Abstract Large Color Variation I was able to create an instant painting on a layer. I then brought back some of the details of the original image to blend the two together with an opacity change. Below is the BEFORE photo.
