The Blurb pop-up shop
Now you see it; now you don’t don’t. Blurb – those clever print-your-own-books people – are opening a pop-up shop on 3 November; but being a pop-up shop, it’ll be flat-packed away again by 14 November. Even if you’re not so into the idea of publishing your own book, they’re running some brilliant workshops and hosting some great events, so think about dropping by.
Every day has a different theme: from marketing, where the lovely peeps from Etsy and Moo will be sharing their wisdom, too; to fashion, which includes an evening with Jamie Perlman who is the art director at British Vogue; to travel photography. And that’s just three of the twelve days. (I didn’t spot any partridges in pear trees mentioned.)
All bar one of the events are free, but you will need to RSVP to them. But that’s easy enough over on the Blurb site. It also gives you a full run down of everything that’s going on. And of course, you can just drop by to learn more about Blurb and publishing your own book.
Blurb’s Pop-up Shop runs from 3 to 14 November at 22 Newman Street, London, W1T 1PH.
