Carlos Miller for president?
With my police record hanging over me, I didn’t think I would qualify as a candidate, but obviously other people disagree. Check out the video.

A scary thought indeed. However, if you can steal votes away from Osama, err I mean Saddama, err I mean Hussein, err Barak Hussein Obama, then I wish you well.
If anybody is going to “steal votes”, it’s the republicans, judging by the last two presidential candidates.
Wait, what about the party that wants to count all the votes unless its not going to help Osama.(Florida) What a bunch of hipocrites . Your party cant stand firm on its own two legs.
Truth 101,
The truth is, neither party can stand on its own two legs as far as the truth goes.
But that doesn’t mean I won’t be casting a vote for Obama.
I’m sick of the Bushit.
McCain’s done nothing to show me how his approach would be different from Bush’s.
I’m willing to take a chance with Obama, personally.
Matzo, Truth… hey, the old gang is back.
Tell me, Matzo, what approach does Obama have, other than words? Sure, words mean something, when they’re backed up with action. However, last time I checked the Senate legislative record, I couldn’t quite find a project of substance authored by Senator Obama.
If our country is in such terrible shape, and he’s been in the Senate during the past four years in a position to at least offer some solutions, why hasn’t he done so? He’s a leftist windbag with no record.
The only reason anyone’s paying attention is that America is bedazzled by the fact that there’s a black man who can speak English, not Ebonics, and who looks and dresses like a normal human being! If Obama were white, his candidacy would have been as successful as Kucinich’s.
Furthermore, the media is giving him a free pass on pretty much anything that comes up because no one wants to be labeled as a bigot. Lest we forget what happened to Geraldine Ferraro et al. And yes, he’s gotten a free pass from the media. If a white candidate was a parishioner of a preacher who spouted biggoted vitriol like Jerry Wright does, that candidate would have had to give up his or her candidacy on the spot. Barry Obama instead gets a pass because, in 20 years, he never knew that his pastor harbored such thoughts. If that’s the case then Barry should not be elected on the basis that he’s a complete idiot and wholly unqualified for office.
Cubans have a mantra that they developed after Castro’s tyranny came to power: it’s better to have something bad that you know, than long for something good about which you know nothing.
Matzo and Carlos, I have seen the souls of Fidel and Che and they are Barry Obama is channeling them.
Matzo and Carlos, I have seen the souls of Fidel and Che and they are Barry Obama is channeling them.
Didn’t they also say that about Bill Clinton?
And speaking of the media giving a free pass, they gave Bush a huge pass for years until the polls told them that maybe they should start paying attention.
A free pass to Bush?????? What are you, nuts????
Bush has been the subject of the media’s wrath dating to the day when he declared his candidacy. Please! The poll numbers are a consequence of the constant Bush bashing by the left leaning msm (mainstream media). Bush hasn’t had one day of a honeymoon, let alone a free pass!
Furthermore, at least Clinton had some kind of record in Arkansas, a sordid one, but one nonetheless. This guy’s record is one of speaking out of both sides of his mouth to appease whatever constituency he’s gladhanding for votes. His Illinois record is one of “present” and in his failure to take a position on controversial items before the state legislature and simply voting “present” instead of “yea” or “nay.”
mh,
Maybe this goes to show that perhaps the media is more objective than we give it credit for because as a liberal, I don’t see the media as left-leaning.
The media was one of the main flag wavers on the run up to this war, despite the huge warning signs that showed it would be a mistake.
The media didn’t say a word about the wide range of voter discrepancies during the 2004 election, until years later.
The media didn’t start being critical of Bush until after Hurricane Katrina, when they finally were able to see with their own eyes how inept Bush really was.
Despite Obama’s lack of experience, it would be nearly impossible for him to do worse than Bush, who will go down in history as the worst president of the U.S.
I will vote for Obama, but I was a John Edwards supporter and still don’t understand why voters couldn’t see he was clearly the best choice.
I even blamed the media.

C’mon Scott, you can be my vice president.
