The rest of the rules are as follows:

• Upload contest entries to the Your Photo Tips.com Flickr Group and place them in the thread titled February Photo Contest.
• Only 3 entries per Flickr account per month.
• Winner will be chosen by the winner of the previous month and myself.
• Winner of each month gets to choose the “assignment” for the following month as well.
