These are beautiful...love the tones as if the sands are kissed by the sun. Nice.
Thanks, Trudy. Most times of day the dunes look fine ... just ok.
But at sunrise and sunset they really glow because of the warm, angled light.

Great warmth to a normally white out harshness we saw. unfortunately we couldnt hang around for golden hour as the (brand new) Nissan truck we hired was dying in the heat.
Yeah, winter is the best time in Death Valley.
