Getty Villa Malibu — 4 Old Faces, 1 Sunken Garden — GALLERY (6 photos)
Not an easy place to photograph on a very foggy day
Lunch at the Reel Inn was tasty and authentic, if slow to arrive.
It's impossible to turn into Getty Villa on the Pacific Coast Highway when arriving from the north. Go past it and carefully do a U-turn without getting killed.
Make your appointment ahead of time for precise arrival. Skip the guided and audio tours and wander around on your own. Admission is free, but there is a modest parking fee. Well worth it!
Photo opportunities are abundant, when you are patient and considerate of the crowds.
It was very foggy and cold on the day we were there. Here are a few of my best images from the Getty Villa.
All photos are full frame, made with a hand held pocket consumer camera on Auto mode. Some Photoshop CS5 Levels adjustments were made to prepare these pictures for Pixiq.

Thanks for viewing and listening!
