Inner Calm with Airport Extreme
Credit- Associated Press: 150-square foot haven for yogis and yoginis in the San Francisco, California airport
According to the Associated Press, San Francisco, California, always first in being oh-so-cool, has outclassed all airports by opening the first yoga room in an international airport. San Francisco International Airport officials believe the 150-square-foot room with mirrored walls is the world's first airport yoga studio. It doesn’t matter that the size is a mere 150-square feet and was once a storage room. Now, it boasts a mirrored wall, offering the illusion of more space, has yoga mats for the wayward traveler and offers a tranquil retreat from the hubbub of airport frenzy and modern life. May all airports quickly follow suit.
Om Shanti, San Francisco. Namaste.
