Inspiration - Pale Blue Dot
Perspective
From time to time…
…I intend to post video and other media to inspire creativity. Inspiration can come from anywhere. However, in order to feel it and see it, you also need to have an open mind. An open mind requires that you are receptive to new ideas and new ways of thinking about such things as life, humanity, the environment and photography. It is in my view essential for developing a highly creative imagination.
Photography books, tutorials, cameras and lenses only provide a very small part of the formula for great photography. Vision, which is the most important element, comes from having an open mind, and a thirst for looking, seeing, discovery, and knowledge.
The camera is simply a tool. The subject is our planet and everything it brings to mind! The perspective is your heart! The goal of it all… is truth!
