Maintenance Day and A Little Your Photo Tips News
We’re doing some maintenance on the site today and announcing a few minor changes to our schedule.
Previously on Wednesdays we posted our Reader Photo of the Week selection which will now be posted on Thursdays.
Fridays was when we would do our Weekly Photography Links selections and that will now be moved to Saturdays.
This means that you’ll be getting, on average, one extra article on photography a week. Nice.
Why the changes? Glad you asked!
We are finally implementing a Weekly Newsletter.
Many people have asked about a newsletter because they either don’t understand RSS or don’t use an RSS reader or whatever. I understand. I subscribe to a handful of newsletters to websites that I don’t necessarily visit every single day, or even once a week! The newsletter comes in handy for that. It’ll be a roundup of articles posted to Your Photo Tips from the previous week as well as any site specific announcements plus a bonus quick tip to help you get the most out of your camera.
The newsletter will come out on Thursdays.
Back to that back-end maintenance stuff!
