While I don’t watch much television, I do watch the Food Network and I’ve always been a fan of celebrity chef Ingrid Hoffmann. And not just because we share Colombian lineage.

On Tuesday, I had the privilege of meeting Hoffmann at the new mobile food truck she launched in Miami. She is extremely down to earth.

I know of most of my readers don’t even live in Miami, but if you ever visit, tracking down Latin Burger and Taco should be on your list of priorities.
