Make 2011 the year that you decide to do positive things for the world you share with billions of others. While you are at it, take your camera and use it for good.

Find ways to make the world a better place. Make your photography count for us all. Make your life count for us all. Shoot the things that piss you off and the things that you see that can make it a better world. Show us the good, the bad and the ugly - so we can fix what needs fixing.  Let people know that you are serious. Question everything. Expose the evils of the world. And show us the good. Show us what needs to be changed. Make a positive statement that might influence others to do good things. Stop trying to follow and be a leader. The little things count. Together we can change the whole world.

Your eyes can be the eyes that convince others to make change. Our cameras can be used to reveal what needs to be changed. Let creativity, art and photography be a catalyst for change. Every photograph you make could and should help to make the world a better place.

Be your color. Love color. Color my world and yours. Listen to your neighbor. Respect them. Share your culture. Have a conscience. Thank a teacher. Hug a nurse. Bring home the troops.
