My post, Cuba, Castro, Colombia and my Caucasian Dad, which I posted last month on my Magic City Mania blog, is one of five posts in the running for “Post of the Month” on the South Florida Daily Blog.
Please read through all five nominees and vote for which you think is the most deserving for this honor.

The post of the month at SFDB? That and $5 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Carlos, to my comment earlier today at SFDB, I more than likely disagree with you on a lot of things but I respect you and what you’re doing with this blog. I don’t know why Rick can’t behave like a normal human being and disagree with people without making it personal.
What’s going on with your trial?
Henry,
The SFDB contest is good for bragging rights.
My trial is set for June 16th, and this should be it because if the State insists on yet another delay, they will have to drop the case.
What time, what courtroom? I may come over to watch. I’m going to be close by on that day.
Henry,
My trial is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. on Monday in room 2-11 of the courthouse, 1351 N.W. 12th St.
It will be good meeting you.
Maybe we’ll meet in person. Looking forward to it. Best of luck.
