Firmware update for Pentax K-7
We like being up-to-date. Mostly it seems to help things run smoothly. (Except my iPhone 3G didn’t like being updated to iOS4. Anyone else suffer with that, too? Sorry. I’ve digressed.) Anyway, yes, updates. If you use a Pentax K-7 you should probably toddle over to the grand repository of Pentax firmware updates and get for yourself version 1.10.
The update will allow you to edit movies whilst in playback mode; provides you with an electronic level indicator on the monitor; and gives you the option to auto-focus when using live view by half-depressing the shutter release button. Amongst other things.
You can download it, and find more information on it, here.
