These dickheads at the SPLC keep saying, "they [sovereigns] (which I assume is a new label for members the militia movement) believe the government has no right to impose tax or laws on them", which is a very broad, and misleading statement. We KNOW that the government has no right to impose UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws, or to impose taxation WITHOUT REPRESENTATION on us. There are plenty of unconstitutional laws and taxes on the books now, because the government knows most people are sheep and will follow them, and THAT is what we oppose.

I have no problems following constitutional laws, or paying taxes that are properly represented, though I refuse to follow the ones that aren't. That doesn't mean that I will shoot someone trying to impose the unconstitutional laws/taxes, yet I WILL take them to court to dispute them. The SPLC is labeling an entire group as extremists/radicals, based on the actions of a few nut jobs. Most of us are non violent, non-radical, and have COMMON SENSE. I've been a member of the militia movement for years, and I have NEVER met anyone in my local militia group that was as violent as the SPLC is portraying us to be.

Maybe some of these militia's wouldn't have been fighting the government if the government didn't go after them maliciously. When the government goes after the people with intent to incite or cause problems or attacking the people it's levying war. And the Constitution Defines that as treason. The whole thing boils down to they don't want the pesky Constitution in their way, they they are going to brainwash people into believing if you support the constitution, and support the law it sets against the government from doing certain things, they cast you as a terroristic cop killer. You can see it by the double speak the government uses. When a cop is killed, they say "The officer was slain." But when a cop kills someone else, oh, they're just doing they're job. Or the cop was defending himself, or the cop acted appropriatly. Slain when it's a cop, and brushed aside when it's a citizen. What other job in this world allows you to kill your employer? Only The government/police. And they don't want people rising against tyranny so they kill them. Or arrest them and try them for pretend offenses. Perhaps people don't recognize their authority, because they lost it when they acted outside of the law themselves.

Perhaps it's time we start turning the tables on them.
They want to use the word extremist against anyone who wants to hold their government employee accountable. Then it's time people start turning the tables and start using phrases like "Extremist Police" or Home Grown Anti Constitutionalists" or "Guerrilla Police Force" Or "Police Terrorists" or "Radical TSA" or "Homeland Security Radicals" or "Rogue Congress Person" Seriously, They are turning the American people against the Constitution, the very document they claim to protect and defend, the very document they claim they are drawing their "authority" from. You can't have it both ways government, If you want the people to turn against the Constitution, then you are ceding your own authority as a government agent because it's what grants you your authority. No Constitution, No authority.

The guy made the comment that some people may believe that the Sherrif of a county is the highest authority in the county and the federal goverment has no authority. Notice I don't think he denied it, but he made it sound like they believe something perposterous. Perhaps they believe it because it is true.
If you don't like the 10th Amendment which limits Federal Power to the enumerated powers, then you don't get to circumvent it and rule over the people outside of the bounds that we the people set for you. You lose your status as a government official the very second that you decide in your head that you are going to do something that we did not authorize and thus are simply acting as a criminal. That's right, you are no longer a government official, represting the people, but a criminal. If you don't like that then get the hell out of office and quit claiming to do things in my name.

The number of law enforcement officers killed is nothing compared to the number of innocent "civilians" (that's what they call us because we are under martial law RULE (there are 3 kinds of martial law). Jim Cavanaugh should be tried, convicted and executed for his part in murdering the children in the Waco Massacre, along with all his co-conspirators who then did everything in their power to cover up this hideous crime. The government is out of control and there are so many laws on the books that no one know or understand them all, a sure sign of tyrannical, out-of-control government. Nearly all traffic stops in America are unlawful because probable cause is lacking. The California Supreme court held in a cases (never over-turned) that a traffic is a 4th Amendment search and seizure ...and... a traffic stop is a "petty offense" which is NOT a "crime" or "public offense" in stances where no damage to property or person occurred (victimless crime). Moreover, every citizen has the right to resist and unlawful arrest---which is what just about every "traffic stop" is---even to the point of using deadly force if necessary!!! This is there own law!!! But the courts are so revenue-motivated (operating as a massive organized racketeering enterprise) that we civilians cannot get justice in America any longer. "They have sent forth swarms of officers [federal-franchised] to harass our people." It's happening all over again. Here the post I put one the SPLC blog earlier...

Many people posting here are deceived and have no idea about American History, Constitutional restraints our founding fathers intended on a very limited federal government, State’s rights and, particularly, each State’s Declaration of Rights protecting its Citizens. I possess a 1893 ‘History of the United States’ rare book which reveals clearly how federalism has encroached on State’s rights and individual liberty. In a footnote in this remarkable book, Judge Story states that the legislative branch of government was to be the paramount branch of which the judicial and executive were “co-ordinate” branches to the legislature. Wow. do you see how we have been lied to! What the SPLC does not tell the public is that America continues to maintain and operate under an unlawfully perpetuated ‘Declared State of National Emergency’ and this is why we have such a massive police state. I possess the congressional records which state this true fact. This is why the Executive has become the dominant force in government and the legislature and judicial have become subordinate to it. The president sits as a dictator overriding law via executive orders. We shall never see original civil jurisdiction in this country again until people wake up and realize the ‘Declared State of National Emergency’ must end! SPLC is one of the most dangerous organizations in America!!! Do your research on its history and conduct and you will see why I say this. I will be surprised if this comment even stays posted.

They have condemned Toronto Street News by reprinting total lies about the paper, its intentions, etc.

We are a paper 60% written by Jews with a Jewish owner but criticism of Israel is now considered anti-semitism and anti-Canadian by our prime minister.

Our broadsheet is a charity which gives papers to the homeless to sell for $2 a copy. We sell4,000 each issue and publish twice monthly. The homeless, handicapped, underemployed and dying get the paper for free or for ten cents.

We receive nothing back. Our advertisers are non-existent since they have all been threatened.

SPLC is a threat to the world.

I did not see where the criminals that killed the police officers were videotaping. Therefore, I fail to see the correlation between videotaping and cop-killing.

An ordinary citizen is no match for a person with a badge and a gun and a bad attitude. Videotaping was the only means left to attempt to equalize power. And now people with videos are labeled extremists? It's tragic that these officers were killed. Also tragic is the many INNOCENT citizens killed by overly aggressive police officers.

This training video is indoctrination to vilify all law-abiding citizens who know their rights.

A few bad law enforcers does not mean all law enforcers are bad. A few bad citizens does not make all citizens bad, either.
