Scott Kelby's Wednesday guest blogger this week was Julieanne Kost. She writes about how she got started in the photo industry, the focus of her photography, and some very insightful but simple tips for a successful life.
This article from NPR's photo feature, The Picture Show, features pioneer Indian photographer Rashid Talukder. Talukder was recently awarded the Pioneer Photographer award at the All Roads Film Festival. This is a quick read, with a gallery of Talukder's intriguing black-and-white images of India. This is cool! A photographer and his kids send a DIY weather balloon into space, with an HD camera and an iPhone (for GPS tracking) attached. Check out their video here. (On an interesting note: the end of this video is what it would look like if you were falling from space, wearing nothing but a parachute. Fun!)
