Sleek stainless steel Hasselblad
A limited run of 100 delicious-looking stainless steel Hasselblad H4D-40s has just been announced. These came about as to response to photographers ooh-ing and aah-ing over the solid steel core of the H4D-40 that went on display at Photokina in the autumn. And the stainless steel one is very, very shiny. It definitely makes something of a style statement!
Of course, being Hasselblad and being a limited edition, this shiny bundle doesn’t come cheap. You’re looking at splashing out €13,990 for body only, and then add on your tax, or €14,990 with HC 2.8/80mm lens, not forgetting to add on tax again. But it is pretty.
Oh, and the H4D Ferrari Edition that was announced at Photokina is now available at a snip: €21,499, + tax. Only 499 of these screaming Ferrari red cameras are being produced, but they come with their own special handmade cases!
Head over to Hasselblad for more information on both of them.
