"The Golden Hour." An hour can't ask for a better name than that, but what is the golden hour exactly? Scientifically, I've heard it said that it is the time when the sun is between 6 degrees below the horizon, and 6 degrees above it. But this guy doesn't trust scientists when it comes to creativity. So for our sake, let's just call it the time right before sunset when the sky is at it's golden best, making a great backdrop for portraits, or landscapes.
