It's been a busy week for Google, what with swinging the axe over Picnik and coming under fire for its new updated privacy policy, not to mention Daphne Keller - one its execs - letting slip that she uses Flickr rather that Picasa (or Google+) at the Leveson Inquiry. Then there have been a couple of important copyright judgements in the UK; one ruled that occasionally the public interest is more important than copyright, the other decided that an idea can be copyright, not just the image. Uh-oh.

Oh, and I got on my high horse about badly written press releases.

But there's plenty more in addition to that...
