Topaz Labs End of the Year Sale
Only good till 1-1-12
Topaz is having a 30% Off Sale
I have done enough articles on Topaz and blog posts that everyone knows how much I love these filters. When I got the email about 30% I got really excited for my followers but then I saw (OH NO!) only good til Janurary 1, 2012 which means many that are away and visiting their families might not get to see the sale!
I have posted here in the gallery a bunch of examples using limited images. I concentrated on portraits because this is the holidays and everyone is photographing portraits. The newborn baby is so beautiful but so in need of filters! Rarely is the skin creamy and soft on a newborn. We just think it is!
Here is a before image and it's very typical of what we get when we photograph newborns right out of the camera.

Now take a look at what can be done with some filters and it's brilliantly simple and clean and fast.

Yes, the border and the slight vignette were all done within the filter.

Here is the BW EFFECTS and these are the settings. So soft and vintage!

The Bokeh effects in the Lens Effects set are so much fun to play with to focus your attention on the subject. You just click where you want the center of focus to be.
One more for you to see and then it's time for you to go get them.

Enjoy! JOY! Happy Holidays to Yourself!
