Weekend Perusing

Adobe Photoshop Express has come out now with lot’s of news surrounding their terms of use with the beta product. Some called it a mindless photo rights grab which must have caught Adobe’s attention because they seemed to do some rethinking on their terms of use. Admittedly I was surprised at how this all played out. What were your thoughts on this whole fiasco?
