The rumors of the Apple Tablet have most fanboys dreaming of what it can do for their lives (yes, I have those dreams too). Even photography blogs aren’t immune to a little Apple rumor milling. Admittedly…I think photographers would love it. Or maybe it’s just me. Whatever.

Samsung Announces Dual-Screen TL220 and TL225, Wireless CL65 with GPS. Why dual screens? So you can take self portraits and put them on MySpace. You know…for those of you still using MySpace. I’m just saying.

AMERICANSUBURBX has a great article on the Stylistic Trials and Documentary Tribulations in Richard Avedon’s In the American West by Samantha Krukowski. “He has presented us with images of people who have not prospered in the West, yet has removed them from their context and exposed them to highly technical photography processes which leave us unable to identify or sympathize with them.” Agreed.

Once again Flickr has it’s users in an uproar. Thomas Hawk reports an update to Edelson Flores’ account deletion from Flickr. This is certainly not the first time this has happened and don’t expect it to be the last.
