There’s a great guide to macro photography done by the folks at Photojojo that I highly recommend you reading.

Apparently, photographers are kinda paranoid about their work.

Rob Nunn did a great photography  book review of The Camera by Ansel Adams so a special thanks to him for the heads up on this.  I’ll be adding the link to that article after the new book is announced in the Photography Book Club tab at the top of the website.

In Photography Podcast news

Jim Goldstein has a roundtable discussion with Chase Jarvis, Dan Heller, and John Harrington. The discussion covers the pros and cons behind the Orphan Works Act and was a real eye opener for me. There were several things I hadn’t considered before listening to the podcast. It’s a little long, but well worth the time.

Photography Gear

John Milleker just got his new Canon 50D in and offers his first thoughts on the new Canon. I have the 30D and was considering this camera. I think the 5D Mark ll is just too sexy to pass up though.
