Weekend Perusing: Temporary Air
Discoverd Art
“Temporary Air” series #7 by Charlie Michaels is available at DiscoveredArtists as a 20×16 for only $95. Love a good out of focus landscape. It allows the viewer to “fill in the blanks” with his/her imagination. There’s mystery and suspense of not knowing exactly what is in front of you.
In Photo Gear
Pentax has come out with their new K-7. It’s a mid-size DSLR with some pretty cool built in features. Color me intrigued.
I really do enjoy using my iPhone camera. It’s lack of resolution and features allow me to focus on the concept rather than the technical execution. But sometimes it would have been nice to have a tripod for the iPhone. Well now I can just make an iPhone tripod myself. Sweet.
