Discovered Photography
The Answer Within by David Colon is available at DiscoveredArtists as a 20″x16″ for $125.
I love my dog. She can be a pain (like when she decides that my side of the bed is really HER side of the bed!) but I love her anyway. If you love dogs as well you’ll love this Theme Friday at Feature Shoot Dogs in the bed. Great photography. Great dogs.
Views Infinitum has a great article with photographs of American Bison in the snow.
Adidap has a great write up on photographer Marta Nardini. Her work is rather exceptional and worth a look.
Another great photographer showcase comes via Ciao, Chessa! with a highlight of Aaron Fever.
Need even more inspiration? Head on over to JMG Galleries for a list of 122 Photographers showing their best work of 2009! Tons, and I mean tons, of great work. Set aside some serious time if you plan on going through this list. It’s worth it.
In the Photoblogosphere
Need a new softbox but you’re strapped for cash? Head to IKEA…that’s what our friends at Weekly Photo Tips did. Not bad. I’m starting to have a real love for DIY lighting hacks.
Stuck at home and wish you were in Paris over the winter? Me too. That’s why I’m so thankful for Paris Through My Lens for this glimpse of Winter at the Hotel de Ville. Longing…
Of course it’s not to late to start working on a new and better you for 2010. Mostly Lisa has a great article on 10 New Year’s Resolutions Every Photographer Should Make. Highly recommended reading.
I tend to think about creativity quite a bit. I’m glad I’m not the only one. My Camera World has a short but nice article on What is Creativity? Make the quick stop. It’s worth the trip.
There’s a good discussion on the future of Photobooks. Ciao, Chessa!‘s is a good place to start.
In Your Photo Tips News
Yes, I’ve missed you too. Life and busyness got in the way but we’re back to our regularly scheduled posts starting today. Some good stuff coming this year and I’m super excited. We’ll be rolling out a new look, some new features, hopefully a few new faces (bloggers/writers/photographers), and more. This all comes in time as there is still some ironing out that needs to be done.

Nice! Great mishmash of photography related topics. I like it.
Glad you back, Life happens to all of us.
Hi, there. Thanks, as always for linking back to me...and twice in one post! There is so much going on in the world of photography and I always love clicking through all of the links you share. I just have to point out that the photographer profile i did was of Yagmur Kizilok - a Turkish photographer who had been featured on Aaron Feaver's blog. Aaron has incredible work himself and you can find a link to his pro site and photoblog on ciao, chessa! too:) happy weekend! and, happy clicking!
Can't wait to see what 2010 brings!!
I really like the The Answer Within by David Colon, it feels kind of old school to me.
Till then,
Jean
Love the shot of the dog yawning. This should be a website for sure.
