Welcome to Small Aperture
Welcome to Small Aperture!
“Why the hell”, I see you think, “is that Photocritic guy starting another site? Isn’t Photocritic popular enough? Is there no limits to his megalomania?”
The answers, respectively, in reverse order, are ‘Not really’, ‘Never’, and ‘Because I think there’s something to be said for a photography new site which can do things firmly tongue-in-cheek, with a bit of humour, a lot of insight, and some creativity’.
I briefly considered adding the concept of higher-frequency news-with-insight to Photocritic, but frankly, that’s not what PC is all about – So, rest assured, Photocritic will continue being the in-depth, feature-articles where you can learn cool stuff about photography. Here on Small Aperture, things’ll be much in the same style as Photocritic (so: Largely nonsensical, occasionally funny, and with opinion galore), but a little bit more rapid-fire. You know it makes sense.
Welcome aboard!
