You're all wrong. The title of the video is wrong. The story you've posted is wrong. She didn't go there to take pictures. She went there to support a pro-Walker person who was standing there when she turned around and saw Nagle recording her deciding to play that game and take a picture. She asked him over and over to turn off his camera and he didn't. So she shoved his arm out of the way. Big whoop. It's not a political situation anyway. It just happened to be a recall supporter. If anyone else would be recording her she would have done the same exact thing. He's a big dude and if he can't handle a push of the arm from a five foot two women than he has some big problems. Especially since that wasn't the first time he was assaulted.

Big Whoop is that this lady was a bully and was acting disorderly. She'll be seeing probation and maybe anger management. As far as I can tell this is a very political situation, and this guy was using the video to protect his political action; if he didn't have this video I'd bet she wouldn't have been cited. She apologized as she should, and I am glad that by the end of your post you see that an assault occurred, the rest of your rant is senseless.
