Lightroom 3 - bug?
I've been using Lightroom for a long time, and began to notice something odd the other day.
(I'm using it on a Mac btw).
You know the crop tool? There's a spot where you can create a "custom crop." I use this tool a lot. And I usually have about ten custom crops.
I can't say when this began, though I can say I'm using LR3. And now I notice that fairly often, but not always, when I add a new custom crop size, at some point it seems to forget the new custom crops I added.
I'll try some experiments just to see if it's something that happens all the time or only once in a while. Also does it lose them when I close LR, or is it really sporadic.
Curious if anyone else has run into this.

You know Dave, I have had that happen as well. Especially because I was trying to create a custom vertical 5x7 crop instead of the horizontal 5x7 crop that seems to be the default way that LR3 wants to crop.
So... just found a link:
http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal/2010/08/lightroom-3-2-and-camera...
that lists ALL of the bugs that were fixed with the release candidate Lightroom 3.2 from Adobe's website. There were a couple of cropping issues... try downloading the update and see if the issue is fixed.
Thanks. Yes - I often have that issue with wanting to do a vertical custom crop etc... I'll take a look at the link.
Best,
Dave
